Making a purchase

• Please check that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment. 

• All sales are considered final.  Backout buyers will not be entertained.

• We post all orders via Poslaju every Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. 

• Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.

• Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). 

• For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

 

Allergic Reactions

• As far as we are aware, all products sold here are safe for use and consumption.  However, some people may have an allergic reaction to certain ingredients used in the products.

• Buyers are fully responsible to check and determine whether they have or may have allergic reactions to any of the products or its ingredients sold in this web store before making any purchases.

• We will not be responsible for any negative reactions buyers may have as a result of consuming or using products in this store.

 

Payment

• All payments have to be made by means specified.  

• Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared. 

• Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

 

Exchanges/ Returns

• Food items purchased from this web store is cannot be exchanged or refunded

• We are not liable for any items purchased from a third party merchant.  

• All unclaimed items are forfeited 30 days after notification email is sent.
